WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz and all add-ons, except where explicitly noted, are governed by the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or any subsequent version.
Product Warranty
Software products sold and provided by WPPlugz, LLC (referred to as “WPPlugz”) are distributed with the expectation of utility, but come WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; excluding any implied guarantees of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
While WordPress operates properly on a fresh installation, WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz is assured to work on a clean setup of the minimum required WordPress version for our plugin and its add-ons. Given the extensive range of available plugins, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or web browsers. We do not accept liability and will not be held accountable for any conflicts or compatibility problems arising from third-party software. We accept no responsibility for data loss resulting from the installation or use of WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz. When conflicts arise with third-party software, support may be offered at our discretion.
Customer Support
WPPlugz sells and provides Shoppable Images and other plugins in their current state with no guarantee that they will operate precisely as desired or maintain compatibility with all third-party components and plugins.
Customer support for WPPlugz products is exclusively available to customers maintaining active, paid licenses.
We offer guidance and supporting materials for installation, setup, and technical problem-solving related to our products. We do not offer support for third-party integrations and may request disabling these components to better assist you. We do not offer custom development, programming help, or guidance on modifying product functionality beyond its designed purpose.
Customer support is available throughout the duration of an active subscription. Upon subscription cancellation, support continues until the subscription term ends. No support is provided for expired or overdue subscriptions.
Support and software updates for WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz are available as long as active development continues. WPPlugz will discontinue support responsibilities if any of the following situations occur:
- WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz ceases active development as a commercial product under WPPlugz
- WordPress development is discontinued
While we strive to deliver excellent support for our products, we cannot guarantee that support inquiries will be resolved to complete satisfaction or within specific timeframes.
Automated Updates
Automated updates are accessible to license holders maintaining active, valid subscriptions and license keys. These updates apply to WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz and all installed WPPlugz extensions. Automated updates remain available while the license key from purchase stays valid and active.
License Terms
WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz provides each customer with one or more non-transferable licenses for software use for internal purposes, as specified in the customer’s selected license package.
When the license package permits multi-site usage, the customer/license-holder cannot sell the original license key provided by WPPlugz to other license users (including clients) for profit. Furthermore, customers cannot sublicense distribution rights for the software or license key to any individual or organization. WPPlugz exclusively provides support services to original customers/license-holders with legitimate license keys and considers other uses of license keys for support as fraudulent.
Product Delivery
Following successful payment processing, you will receive an email containing your order number and purchase details. Your license key and plugin downloads are accessible in your account dashboard. Plugin downloads are available by logging into the account created during purchase and selecting the appropriate download link.
If you do not receive your purchase confirmation email, contact us at https://www.shoppableimageswc.com/docs-category/support/ to request your purchase information.
Re-download access for purchased files remains available while your license key is valid. Upon license key expiration, download access to associated files is suspended until license renewal. This includes access to previous versions available during the active license period.
Intellectual Property
All plugins remain the property of WPPlugz. Claiming intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products is strictly forbidden.
Our plugins are supplied in their current condition without any warranty, express or implied. We shall not be responsible for damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.
Website & Software Content
All content on this website and within the plugin, including images, documentation, support materials, and other information, belongs to WPPlugz and cannot be redistributed without explicit permission or authorization.
Pricing Modifications
WPPlugz retains the right to alter, modify, discontinue, or upgrade plugin subscriptions and/or license keys without advance notice or approval. All product prices are subject to modification without prior notification or consent.
Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms
WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz is sold through automatically recurring subscriptions that renew annually on the purchase anniversary date.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each annual license period unless cancelled before the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following subscription details for WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz extension licenses:
- Subscription renewals process automatically on an annual or monthly basis on your original purchase anniversary, based on your subscription type. License renewal continues unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Subscription cancellation is available anytime through your WPPlugz website Account page.
- Cancelling your subscription means no further updates or support after license expiration.
- Renewal pricing matches the full plugin price at initial purchase, excluding any promotional discounts.
- Legacy pricing: Subscription cancellation forfeits access to any “grandfathered” renewal rates lower than current pricing.
- Renewing after cancellation and license expiration requires payment at current listed prices. Previous or grandfathered pricing cannot be applied to new renewal purchases.
- Renewal payment refunds are not available. Renewal reminder emails are sent 2 weeks prior, providing opportunity to cancel before automatic processing.
- Subscription cancellation results in license expiration on the original purchase anniversary, ending updates and support for your WooCommerce Shoppable Images by WPPlugz license.
Refund Policy

- Refund requests received after 30 days from purchase are not eligible.
